HRM King Alfred P. Diete-Spiff, the Amanyanabo of Twon Brass Kingdom, is an alumnus of the Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, England. He was a Naval Officer and commissioned as a ship diving officer in 1964. He served as the first Military Governor of Rivers State, after it was created out of old Eastern Region of Nigeria in 1967. He governed the state until 1975. He was also a member of the Supreme Military Council (SMC) under General Yakubu Gowon’s administration.

A lawyer and graduate of the University of Jos, attended the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos, and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London. An appeal court judge, She was until her appointment as a high court Judge, a Commissioner of Justice and Attorney General of Plateau State

DR. (MRS) CHIBUOGU BASSEY STELLA

Attended the Women’s Training College Enugu and the University of Jos. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (English) Degree, a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling and a PhD in Educational Guidance and Counseling from the University of Calabar. Besides her initial training as a professional teacher, she has expertise in Social Psychology having spent thousands of hours on counseling sessions with persons of criminal behavior.

She is a Clinical Psychologist. She studied at the St. Thomas College, Ogoja; Holy Rosary Secondary School, Umuahia; the University of Jos and Immigration Training School, Kano. Her qualifications include a BS.c in Psychology, M.Sc in Clinical Psychology, TC 2 and DSI Immigration’s Certificates.

AB Dambazau, PhD., is a retired Lt. General and a Professor of Criminology, International Relations and Strategic Studies. An alumnus of the University of Keele, USA, Dambazau is an erudite scholar and author of several works in criminology and criminal justice. He was on time Registrar of the Nigerian Defense Academy in Kaduna, General Officer Commanding the Second Division of the Nigerian Army in Ibadan and the Chief of Staff of the Nigerian Army.

Dr. AKJ Ibanga, PhD., is a Clinical Psychologist; a former senior lecturer in he Department of Psychology at the University of Jos. He has executed several researches and published works on substance abuse. He is currently a staff of the United Nation Office on Drug & Crime (UNODC) in Nigeria.

PROF. MOSES U. IKOH

Professor Moses U. Ikoh, BSc, MSc, PhD, is an alumnus of the University of Calabar and a Consultant Criminologist. He worked as Research Fellow with the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) in Ibadan and the University of Jos. Dr. Ikoh is presently a lecturer in the Department of Sociology, Federal University, Lafia, and has undertaken researches and published extensively on various aspects of crime, criminal justice, health and social development. His current research interests include policing, organized crime and governance, terrorism, national security, piracy and maritime robbery in the Gulf of Guinea. He is widely published and is currently carrying out extensive research work on information security, terrorism in West Africa and organized crime linkage with Europe. Dr. Ikoh is the Editor-in-Chief of the FULAFIA Journal of Social Sciences.

PROF. JAMILA MOHAMMED NASIR

Professor Jamila Mohammed Nasir, NRN., NRM., BL., LLB., LLM., PhD., is a professor of Law currently teaching Contract and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Jos, Nigeria. Formerly the Dean of the University’s Faculty of Law (2006 – 2008), Professor Nasir had an early career as a paramedic upon completion of studies and qualifying both as a registered nurse and midwife. An alumnus of the University of Jos, Professor Nasir is an erudite scholar who has published severally in a number of academic journals some of which she edits. Among her published academic works are Diplomatic Lawlessness; Women Rights in Nigeria; Legal Regime for the Protection and Promotion of Industrial Designs in Nigeria and Democracy in Nigeria: The Place of Women. (Chapters in Books). She is also a consultant to the League for Human Rights and UNICEF.

Rev. Isaac Oyebamiji PhD is the founding president of Eleos Ministries International. He is currently the resident Minister of Chapel of Mercy in Jos. Well beyond the pulpit ministry, Rev. Oyebamiji has authored several evangelist works, and has a wealth of experience in family counseling.
